摘要 FIELD: testing technology. SUBSTANCE: method consists in pumping liquid out of accumulating reservoir 1 and delivery of this liquid by means of pump 3 or 4, ejection of gas by means of jet apparatus 6, supply of it to delivery line and then to inlet of well condition simulator 5 by dispersed gas-and-liquid mixture thus formed followed by separation and return of liquid to accumulating reservoir 1; method also includes smooth control of flow rates and pressures; in course of tests, construction of flow section of jet apparatus is changed discretely to extend range of operational modes; flow rates of gas and liquid are changed smoothly from zero to maximum throughput capacity of jet apparatus by each phase respectively. To extend range of gas content from 0 to 100 percent, gas is forced into flow by means of compressor 8; to make testing conditions more realistic, use is made of simulator 5; angle of its deviation from vertical is changed from 0 to 135 deg. During tests, foaming properties and viscosity of working fluid are regulated as well. EFFECT: tests of submersible pumps, gas separators and electric motors of different arrangement.
