发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR GENERATION OF SUPERHEATED STEAM AT CONSTANT TEMPERATURE
摘要 FIELD: thermal engineering. SUBSTANCE: superheated steam is provided by throttling saturated steam followed by its heating; saturated steam is produced in tank by heating liquid contained in it at constant saturation pressure lower than the pressure at critical point and equal to pre-throttling pressure; throttled steam is heated by recuperative heat transfer with this liquid in the same tank. Device implementing this method has a housing partially filled with liquid and provided with heater, throttle whose inlet communication with top part of housing, connecting line between throttle outlet and heat exchanger inlet, discharge line that functions to supply superheated steam to user, and connection for feeding liquid. When the device is running, liquid goes through connection to housing wherein it is heated by means of heater at constant pressure. Saturated steam produced in the process goes up to top part of housing and arrives at throttle. Throttled steam is passed over line to heat exchanger which is immersed in liquid heated within housing. During heat transfer between throttled steam and liquid, steam is superheated and passed over line to user. EFFECT: improved economic efficiency, enlarged functional capabilities.
