PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert the rising part of a base material in such a state that the falling of the edge part forming the opening part of a skin material is prevented and to prevent the leakage of urethane foam filled into the gap between the skin material and the base material to be foamed. SOLUTION: When an opening part 16 is provided to a foam molded product produced by the foaming and filling of urethane foam, the support, member 24 coming into contact with the edge part 16c forming the opening part 16 is arranged to a skin material support mold 18 in a slidable manner. After the support member 24 is brought into contact with the edge part 16c, an endless strip like elastic member 24 is mounted on the rib molded to the outer periphery of the edge part 16c in a protruding state. In this state, the rising part 12a of the base material 12 is brought into contact with the support member 24 and, thereafter, the support member 24 is inserted in the edge part 16c while slid in a retreat direction. The urethane foam 22 penetrating into the gap between the edge part 16c and the rising part 12a is housed in the rib provided to the edge part 16c. |
