PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker capable of immediately starting a cooking process using edible oil by providing a shower means to jet the edible oil to a cooking ingredient like a shower, a heat exchange element to heat the edible oil used at a cooking process for raising the temperature thereof, a heating coil to heat the heat exchange element through induction, and the like. SOLUTION: When a cooking process starts according to a user's instruction, a control means 8 recognizes the preset temperature instructed by the user and determines the electric power and the flowrate required for raising oil temperature to the preset level, thereby driving an edible oil transfer means 7 at the prescribed flowrate. Concurrently, a high-frequency power supply means 5 feeds selected electric power to a heating coil 4. As a result, a heat exchange element 3 is induction heated, due to high-frequency magnetic field generated with the heating coil 4, and the edible oil transfer means 7 feeds edible oil to the internal space of the heat exchange element 4 kept at high temperature, thereby heating the edible oil up to the preset temperature instantaneously. In addition, the resulting high temperature edible oil is jetted out from a shower means 2 to a cooking ingredient like a shower, and a cooking process using the edible oil develops. |
