FIELD: discharge of steam-gas mixture and condensation of steam from steam-gas mixture in physical chemical reactor. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical housing with steam supply branch pipe 4 mounted in its cover. Nozzle 5, confusers 6 and 7 and diffuser 14 are located in series inside branch pipe 4, axial pipe 1 being secured at end of diffuser. Branch pipe 16 is mounted on bottom concentrically relative to pipe 15. Steam-gas mixture escapes from branch pipe 12 through circular chamber 8 and circular nozzle 11 and enters first confuser 6 after which flow is directed to second confuser 7 where steam is condensed at interaction with water fed from branch pipe 13 through chamber 9 and circular nozzle 10. Condensate at temperature as high as 95 C at low content of gas is evacuated through branch pipe 18 and gas is discharged through branch pipe 17. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. |
