FIELD: composite material envelopes for operation at temperatures within 20 and 423 K and exposed to internal liquid or gas pressure. SUBSTANCE: multiple layer heat insulating pack contributing to decrease of heat exchange between inner space of reservoir and ambient medium is connected to reservoir walls by bolts made of synthetic resin with low heat conductivity. However, in this case interlayer shear strength is increased, but slightly, because of low strength of bolts. Recommended for use is three dimensional orthogonal composite fiber structure obtained by stitching horizontal layers with vertical threads. However, this method is not acceptable for manufacture of long small diameter pipes. In proposed method flexible bands of unidirectional threads are placed on sealing layer of wound pipe. U-shaped sharp-point members of threads impregnated with rigid solidified polymer and oriented along radius from center of circumference are placed between threads of band. These members are uniformly distributed over cylindrical surface between coils of spiral layers over entire thickness of formed pack. EFFECT: increased interlayer shear strength, reliability and service life of pipes. 1 cl, 3 dwg |
