FIELD: power engineering; generation of steam-gas mixture for thermodynamic action on shallow oil pools, bitumen layers and thermal (chemical) treatment of rooms and equipment. SUBSTANCE: gas-turbine plant has turbine 1 and compressor 2 mounted on one shaft 3, combustion chamber 4 and ejector device 8 connected with combustion chamber outlet, turbine inlet and water supply source. Ejector device 15 for injecting water is mounted additionally in steam-gas mixture bleeding line to ensure required temperature of steam-gas mixture delivered to consumer. At low pressures ranging from 0.1 to 1.0 MPa, steam-gas mixture is fed to consumer after turbine and at high pressures ranging from 1.0 to 3.5 MPa, mixture is fed past turbine. To reduce pressure of fuel and water delivery and to improve quality of mixture formation, fuel injectors 5 and water injecting devices provided in line of gaseous flow are made in form of diffuser at angle of widening portion of 6 to 8 deg and those provided in liquid line are made in form of cylindrical nozzle or circular slot located coaxially in inlet portion of diffuser.
