FIELD: packing. SUBSTANCE: method comes to the following: cover of shrink film is pulled onto stack of goods. Free end of film cover is placed on lower end of stack and then stack in film is exposed to treatment by hot air from outside and from bottom to top by means of frame moved vertically upwards along stack of goods. Space enclosed in shrink cover is subjected to inflating pressure which is maintained to the end of heat application process. Process should be modified to provide quick sealing with cut down consumption of power. For this purpose hot air is blown out by frame onto lower portion of cover and hot air, flowing downwards, is collected under goods stack and is delivered into space enclosed in shrink cover. Having delivered sufficient amount of hot air for unflating the cover, frame is moved upwards along goods stack providing uninterrupted delivery of heat to cover. EFFECT: cut down time taken for packing, reduced power consumption. |
