FIELD: radio communication. SUBSTANCE: proposed invention refers to cellular radio communication system divided into sectors, cells, monitoring station for given cell and method of distribution of radio facilities in cell. Mentioned cell forms first assemblage which includes core and several sectors S1-S4 arranged around indicated core. Overlapping of specified cell is provided by transmission elements forming second assemblage. Mentioned first and second assemblages are unambiguously intercoupled. As each sector has central section and at least one separating section AR1, AV2 placed between central sections of two adjacent sectors S1, S2 monitoring station incorporates distribution element capable of accrediting one and same facility to central sections C1, C2 of two specified sectors S1, S2 bordering on each other.
