PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide general fitting versatility irrespective of a size, model or type of a bicycle, the size, shape, etc., of a basket when the basket is fitted to a forward part of the bicycle. SOLUTION: An L-shaped device body 5 to support a basket 3 is provided. The device body 5 engages a fitting means 14 provided on its upper part through an angle adjusting part 13 with handlebars 22, and fastens the lower part of the device body 5 to an appropriate part (e.g. a fender) of a bicycle 2 with a string, a belt, etc., and fixes them to the bicycle 2. The basket 3 is put on the device body, and the basket 3 is fixed by locking pieces 6, 7 from the inner side of the basket 3 to the device body 5. |
