PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film having excellent transparency, gas barrier property, and durability. SOLUTION: This transparent conductive layer is provided on at least one side of a laminated film. In the laminated film, an alloy oxide of In and Sn as a gas barrier layer and a protective coating layer of an epoxy acrylate ultraviolet setting resin which contains a silane coupling agent so as to cover the gas barrier layer are sequentially layered on one face of a high polymer film. Further, the gas barrier layer has a thickness of 100-500Å. In between the gas barrier layer and the protective coating layer which covers the gas barrier layer, an anchor layer of a bisphenol A epoxy thermosetting resin is provided.
