<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial joint with high practicability matched with the kinetic characteristic of a finger. SOLUTION: This artificial finger joint for MP joint or PIP joint is equipped with a socket 1 having an opening on a part thereof and also a spherical surface 10 in the inside thereof and a stem 11 formed integrally on a side opposite the opening side, a head 2 provided with a spherical part 20 fitted to the spherical surface 10 via the opening and formed integrally with a stem 21 extending from the opening to the outside, and a sheath 3 fixed by bonding to the bone at a near or remote part so as to internally fit the stem 11 of the socket 1 slidably in an axial direction.</p> |
