PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve vibration absorbing performance by molding with heat and pressure a laminated body of SMC(sheet molding compound) having a sheet-like material having damping property arranged between layers. SOLUTION: This FRP molding body is formed by molding with heat and pressure a laminated body 3 in between upper and lower molds 4a and 4b. In the laminated body 3, a sheet-like material 1 having damping property is arranged in between a second layer and a third layer of an SMC 2 layered into upper and lower four layers. For the SMC 2, additives such as a styrene and a calcium carbonate are mixed in an unsaturated polyester resin as a base, further, reinforcing fibers such as glass fibers are mixed and kneaded so as to form into a sheet-like shape. For the sheet-like material 1, it is preferable to use a material which is not deformed by heat and pressure at the time of heat pressure molding or does not generate breaking or peeling from the SMC 2 layer due to stress at the time of pressure release. For such a material, for example, soft fibers having crosslinkage therein and a thermoplastic flexible resin can be named. |
