<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To purify the exhaust gases of automobiles at roads and crossings so that comfortable environment is created by fixing supporting sections in which adhesive sections made of filters are mounted by magnets to the columns of guard rails and removing the fine-grained solids, etc., in the exhaust gases of the automobiles by these adhering sections. SOLUTION: The supporting sections 1 are fixed by means of fixing sections 2 and threaded sections 3 to the columns of the guard rails. At this time, rain guard sections 4 and front clearance sections 20 are disposed to face each other on the road side. The air on the roads is admitted from the front clearance sections 5 and is emitted from flank clearance sections 7, back clearance sections 20 and front surface clearance sections 20 by the natural wind and the wind generated by traveling of vehicles. At this time, the wind comes into contact with the adhesive sections 8 and the fine-grained solids, NOx and SOx in the air adhere to the adhering parts 8 made of the filters. The air is cleaned in such a manner. The adhesive sections 8 are mounted at the adhesive section-supporting sections 10 by the magnetic force of the magnets and, therefore, the easy exchanging of the adhesive parts 8 is made possible if door sections 11 are opened.</p> |
