SOLUTION: Front wheels FW are suspended under a front seat stand 3, and a longitudinal position of the center O of the front wheels FW is made to almost coincide with the front end of a front seat 4, and the front seat 4 is lowered more than a rear seat 10, and in a step plate 5 in front of the front seat stand 3, a central part is formed as a horizontal part, and a part in font of a seat is formed as an upward rising inclined part.</p> |
