摘要 FIELD: heat-engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus of heat-engineering equipment protection has executive mechanism with dividing member and two cavities, one of which is operational and is connected with input or output of apparatus mounted on pipeline with energy carrier and another one is auxiliary cavity with pressure stabilized medium. In the case dividing member is kinematically linked with shutting-adjusting organs of apparatus. Apparatus allows to settle main task - to simplify design without damage to quality of its operation and therefore increases reliability of apparatus operation. In case enterprise has air compression station it is easy to use it through reduction valve as source of pressure stabilized medium to create definite pressure in executive mechanism auxiliary cavity making for all losses of the pressure caused by leaky coupling in executive mechanism body. Now using modern materials it is possible to make so highly hermetically sealed structure of executive mechanism, that it is sufficient preliminary to fill auxiliary cavity of the mechanism with medium under definite pressure from source of the medium, for example, from compressor, that after disconnection of the cavity from the source the pressure is kept in the cavity due to hermetical sealing. Communication of stabilized pressure medium cavity with variable volume capacity does not only increases quality of apparatus operation due to medium movement from executive mechanism auxiliary cavity into the capacity at moment of dividing member movement and so functioning as pressure stabilizer, but simultaneously allowing to use as medium pressure stabilized liquid, that is not compressed and during absence of communication between auxiliary cavity and variable volume capacity the liquid does not allow dividing member to move and through it does not allow executive mechanism adjusting organs also to move. EFFECT: simplified apparatus design, preserved quality of its operation, increased reliability.
