METHOD OF AIMING AT PARACHUTE DROP OF CARGOES

FIELD: aviation; parachute drop of cargoes. SUBSTANCE: altitude and speed of carrier aircraft are measured at point of drop of cargo; besides that, velocity and direction of wind, temperature and pressure of air at altitude of drop and temperature of air in layer of descent are measured. Aiming parameters are determined in accordance with the above-mentioned data. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of landing of dropped cargoes due to more accurate estimation of atmosphere in determining the aiming parameters.
