PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open and close a closing body safely and surely by detecting a positional error of a limit switch by softwear even on the occurrence of of the error, by a method wherein the positive closure of a window is detected by the limit switch and the amount of revolution of a motor. SOLUTION: At the opening and closing movement of a closing body such as a door leaf, the amount of revolution of a motor 3 is detected and the on-off movement of a limit switch 8 is performed according to the movement of the closing body. When the closing body is closed, whether the closing body is in a fully closed state is determined on the basis of both outputs of the limit switch 8 and a motor revolution amount-detecting circuit 6. The detecting circuit 6 detects and stores the amount of revolution of the motor 3 ranging from the position of the movement of the limit switch 8 to the fully closed position of the closing body or ranging from the fully closed position thereof to that of the movement of the limit switch 8. When the closing body is closed, that the closing body should be fully closed at the time when the amount of revolution of the motor 3 after the movement of the limit switch 8 reaches a stored value is determined by a comparative program 22a. Even if a positioal or mechanical error of the limit switch 8 occurs, the closing body is fully closed with precision by renewing a stored value each time the closing body is opened and closed. |
