PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually manages a job memory by password code registered persons by displaying operation conditions corresponding to a registered number when an inputted password code matches the registered password code stored in a storage means. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with an input operation means through which the password code and operation conditions can be inputted, the storage means which can store plural registered password codes and plural operation conditions corresponding to the registered password codes, a display means which displays an operation screen, a comparing circuit which compares the password code inputted from the input operation means with the registered password codes stored in the storage means, and a retrieving circuit which retrieves the operation conditions corresponding to the inputted password code. The password codes and job memories are registered in a whole table and by group tables. When operation for deletion or modification, etc., is indicated, registered jobs are retrieved according to password codes inputted by the tables, and a retrieval result obtained with the whole table and retrieval results obtained with the group tables are displayed on a screen under display control. |
