PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the damages of water leakage by forming a clearance in the whole peripheral direction between a shelter and a cylindrical collar and enlarging the clearance relatively widely in the horizontal direction and forming a water current which extends in the direction of gravity on the shelter. SOLUTION: A folded part 5b which extends outside from the end of a hood area 5c of a shelter 5 and a folded part 5f are formed on a hood 5c located at a position equivalent to a wider area of a clearance 5e in such a way that it is connected to the folded part 5d. Due to this construction, the rain which falls down on the hood 5c flows downward from the upper part of the hood 5c. At that time, since a water current 5g is sheltered by the outside area 5a of the shelter 5 and the folded part 5f, the rain is not affected by the outside wind from the direction of the outside area 5d of the shelter 5 and flows down from the upper part of the hood 5c. More specifically, the rain, which falls down on the hood 5c, is prevented from penetrating into the cylindrical main body 1 by the folded part 5d and the folded part 5f, which makes it possible to prevent the penetration of rainwater effectively. |
