PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a facility maintenance management system for operating/ managing facilities and to provide information being a criterion for reducing life cycle cost to an administrator and a manager. SOLUTION: This facility maintenance management system 1 is constituted of a maintenance planning means 2, a maintenance execution means 3, an analysis means 4 and a maintenance prediction means 5. The maintenance planning means 2 plans the repair/improvement construction of facilities, plans the inspection work of facilities and sets an inspection item. The maintenance execution means 3 manages the progress of a construction schedule, manages entrance/exit and stores the inspection result of inspection work in a data base. Furthermore, it supports inspection work. The analysis means 4 generates data for analyzing the inspection result, measures energy used in equipment and generates an adding-up list. The maintenance preservation means 5 analyzes a coming facility repair schedule from data on the inspection result generated in the analysis means 4 and the use situation of energy. |
