CABLE SHIELD GROUNDING PART FOR SEQUENCER COMMUNICATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the radiation noise of a cable shield by reducing the impedance of an FG line without changing the constitution to attach a sequencer communication unit to a back plane. SOLUTION: A copper sheet (n) is stuck on the back of an insulated sequencer communication unit case K at a position corresponding to a back plane steel plate (m) and through the junction part (o) between the plate (m) and the back of the case K. Then the sheet (n) is connected to one of both ends of an FG lead wire (h'), and the other end of the wire (h') is connected to the land (h) of an FG pattern formed on a sequencer communication unit P plate (p) which is connected to a cable connection terminal block (g).
