PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the probability of non-reception of all signals by attenuating the intensity of an access signal transmitted from a mobile station at random by controlling a variable attenuator even when plural access signals are overlappedly outputted to a base station. SOLUTION: An access signal input 51 arrives at an amplifier 52, the input 51 is amplified up to maximum transmission power. An attenuation amount control part 53 determines an attenuation amount at rondom to control the variable attenuator 54. The access signal whose transmission power is controlled is transmitted from a transmitting part 55 to a base station through an antenna 56. Thereby even when plural mobile stations exist on equivalent positions in a radio zone and access signals are simultaneously transmitted from the plural mobile stations, the receiving levels of respective signals are dispersed, reducing the probability of non-reception of all the signals. |
