PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden for judgment on operators and execution of operations, to prevent wrong operations of the unskilled operators, and also to reduce the mental burden on the unskilled operators. SOLUTION: A plant monitor and control device is provided with a plant data input/output means 2 which fetches the plant information showing the plant state and also output the control information to control the plant state, a monitor control means 3 which fetches the plant information from the means 2 and stores them together with the plant information, a display means 4 which displays both plant information and control information, a speech recognition means 7 which recognizes the voices and a voice recognition means 7 which recognizes the voices and converts them into the voice data to output them to the means 3, and a voice output means 9 which outputs both plant information and control information in voices. The means 3 outputs the different plant and/or control information to a display device via a speaker according to his device operating skill and also outputs the control information to the means 2 to instruct the device operating propriety according to the speaker. |
