PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent various kinds of information set for image from being initialized and discontinued during the execution of image formation by providing an operation control means for inhibiting picture switching due to a display control means during the execution of image formation due to an image forming means. SOLUTION: In the state of displaying a basic picture on a touch panel 26, various kinds of information for a basic operation can be set to a printer part 3 by its input operation and in the state of displaying an applied picture, various kinds of information for an applied operation can be set. Then, a copy machine 1 has various kinds of means corresponding to these processing operations. The display control means displays the basic picture and the applied picture on the touch panel 26 while freely switching them corresponding to the manual operation of a control panel, and an information initializing means initializes various kinds of information set to the printer part 3 corresponding to the picture switching due to the display control means. During the execution and interruption of image formation due to the printer part 3, however, the operation control means inhibits the picture switching on the touch panel 26 due to the display control means. |
