PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature detecting circuit like a temperature sensor IC which can detect temperature by change of resistance, and realize its temperature characteristic in both positive and negative cases. SOLUTION: This circuit has a quadrant multiplier circuit formed out of a differential type logarithmic converting circuit and a common emitter amplifying circuit, its output terminal 3 is connected to the input terminal 2 on one side of the logarithmic converting circuit, and the output voltage of the other temperature detecting circuit such as a temperature sensor IC is connected to the input terminal on the other side of the common emitter amplifying circuit. The other temperature detecting circuit is shown as a voltage source EX, and its output voltage is changed by a temperature change, thereby, the resistance seen from the output terminal 3 is changed. |
