<p>The protection for gangways to support shuttering panels for concrete workings comprises guard rails (11) erected side by side on the front edge of the gangway (1). They are mounted to rotate about a horizontal spindle (18) so that each guard rail part can be selectively raised and locked in a vertical protection position or turned down on the gangway floor (4). Each guard rail comprises a frame (13) covered by a panel (21) on the side turned upwards when it is folded onto the gangway. Each guard rail has sliding struts (22) for locking, with instantaneous unlocking, for ensuring its holding in the raised position.</p> |
