PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the inclining direction and the angle of inclination of a rotating body accurately with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In this inclination measuring device, a clinometer AC is attached to a rotary body 12B and outputs the values corresponding to the angle of inclination of the rotating body 12B every moment, reference-position reporting means MA and MG report the rotating reference positions of the rotary body 12B, and an angle measuring means JR measures the rotating-position angleΨof the rotating body 12B every moment.
