The invention creates a control valve for fluids comprising: a valve body 2 in which there is a substantially spherical rotating obturator 3 provided with a through passage 4 suitable for putting the inlet passage 21 in communication with the outlet passage 22 realised in said valve body 2; sealing components 5 placed between said obturator 3 and said valve body 2; silencer means 6 associated with said valve.
