PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically feedback an electronic document to the person responsible for the wording of deficient items and to efficiently execute work by selecting the deficient items when an operator detectes deficiencies in the electronic document and executing a feedback operation. SOLUTION: An examinater looks at a slip screen displayed on the display part of an examinater's terminal equipment 1, and checks whether the deficiencies exist in the entry items. When the deficiencies do not exist in a payment slip as the result of the examination, an 'OK' key is depressed, and a 'feedback' key when the deficiencies exist. When the terminal equipment 1 recognizes that the deficient item column is selected, identification information on the person responsible for the wording of the deficient items is inquired from a server computer. The server computer retrieves the name of the person responsible of wording and a network address with respect to the deficient items from a responsibily table which is previously generated for the inquiry, transmits them to the terminal equipment 1 being an inquiry source and displays a message for recognizing a deficiency feedback and the identification information on the person responsible for the wording on the screen. |
