PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report the reception of a confidential document to a telephone set with a telephone number added to the confidential document or the one with the telephone number set in a facsimile equipment by voice. SOLUTION: The facsimile equipment is the one capable of transmitting/ receiving the confidential document and is provided with a voice synthesizing part 6 synthesizing a voice message, a voice ROM 7 storing voice data and a function for processing the confidential document from the telephone set by a PB input. Till the confidential document is outputted, erased or transferred, the reception and the output of the confidential document is urged to a receiving person and the confidential document is prevented from being preserved in the facsimile equipoment for a long time. The output, erasion or transfer of the confidential document is made to be possible by the PB input from the telephone set so that the confidential document is quickly processed without directly operating the facsimile equipment. |
