PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an automatic switching range and manual switching so as to clearly separate from each other an automatic member, for switching by stages a speed change range of a transmission, turnable in a selective motion direction relating to an intermediate part manually for bridging of the selective contact member. SOLUTION: A select bar 2 is provided with respectively associators 15, 16 in an upper/lower region of an intermediate part 5. The associators 15, 16, when the select bar 2 is placed in a central position, are engaged with holding members 17, 18 provided in the intermediate part 5 movably in the cross direction in both selecting directions. A pivot 19 is arranged in an end part of the select bar 2, this pivot 19 is engaged with inside a notch 20 of a casing in a subswitch position M belonging to manual switching by stages, a turn axis of the select bar 2 is formed. In a tilting position belonging to this manual switching, the associators 15, 16 are not engaged with the holding members 17, 18, consequently the select bar 2 is made turnable with an axis of the pivot 19 serving as the center relatively relating to the intermediate part 5, the manual switching can be performed. |
