PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high-efficient exchange heat between the heat-exchange unit of an air-conditioning unit and the heat-exchange coil of a refrigerating unit. SOLUTION: In a heat storage type refrigerating air-conditioning device provided with a heat-exchange coil 40 of an air-conditioning unit 10 and a heat storage tank 30 in which a heat-exchange coil 41 of a refrigerating unit 20 is arranged, since piping is effected with the heat-exchange coils 40 and 41 brought into contact with each other, the heat-exchange coils 40 and 41 not only exchange heat through a heat storage medium in the heat storage tank 30 but also the heat-exchange coils 40 and 41 exchange heat directly with each other to improve heat-exchange efficiency. |
