PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the printed wiring of an equipment equipped with a pivoting-type display such as a word processor or a personal computer of lap-top type to be protected against disconnection caused by the repetitive pivoting motion of a pivoting-type display. SOLUTION: An arc part 12c is formed on the center of a flexible printed wiring board 12 and arranged on the supporting shaft 10 which serves as a center of rotation for a pivoting-type display 9, whereby the movement of the flexible printed wiring board 12 due to the pivoting motion of the pivoting-type display 9 is turned into a torsional motion, so that a wiring device of this constitution whose printed conductor is hardly disconnected can be realized.
