PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant low-reflectance material formed of thin wide-band electromagnetic wave absorbing material which is flame-retardant and capable of uniformly absorbing wide-band electromagnetic waves that range from quasi-microwave to millimeter wave. SOLUTION: A flame-retardant low-reflectance material is composed of a first layer of conductive material, a second layer of metal oxide magnetic fine powder and binder, a third layer of metal magnetic fine powder and binder, and a fourth layer of flame-retardant inner material. |
