PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire which can be accommodated compactly. SOLUTION: A luminaire concerned is equipped with a base 1, a body 2 fixed to the base 1, and a lighting fixture 3 installed through a universal joint 7 in such a way as capable of approaching and separating to/from the body 2. The body 2 and lighting fixture 3 are shaped so that they constitute a column approximately in the condition that the lighting fixture 3 is approached to the body 2. |
