PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device having a resistance element which can maintain a stable resistance value without depending temperature change. SOLUTION: A first resistor 11 and a second resistor 12 wherein temperature coefficient isα1 -β2 and resistance value R2 is R1 =R2 are connected in series and made a resistance element 10. Hence the absolute values of changing amounts of resistance values of the respective resistors which depend on temperature change are made equal. Thereby resistance value of the resistance element 10 which is a combined resistance of the first resistor 11 and the second resistor 12 dose not depend on temperature change and is kept constant.
