PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the strength of the fixed barrel of a lens barrel for moving a lens manually or by motor. SOLUTION: A second driving shaft 80 arranged on the inner peripheral side of the fixed barrel 10 is rotated by the drive of a focusing motor and a cam barrel 20 is rotated by the rotation of the second driving shaft 80, to move a lens L4 in an optical axial direction. A second gear 85 is attached to the second driving shaft 80. A notch 18 is made in the fixed barrel 10 being between a manual focusing operation ring 35 and the second gear 85 and a segment gear 36 formed in the inner periphery of the operation ring 35 and the second gear 85 are engaged through the notch 18. Only a place where the second gear 85 is located is notched to obtain the notch 18 of the fixed barrel 10, so that the size of the notch 18 can be made small and the strength of the fixed barrel 10 can be enhanced. |
