MANUFACTURE OF LAYERED CAPACITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for readily obtaining a layered capacitor which is hard to generate deterioration of dielectric property and excellent in reliability even if a ceramic layer between inner electrodes is thinned while maintaining reliability by using ceramic powder of a small grain diameter. SOLUTION: In this method, ceramic powder whose grain diameter is 0.6 to 1.0μm at D50 value is used as raw material constituting a ceramic sintered body and baking for obtaining a sintering body is carried out at a temperature from 1270 to 1330 deg.C.
