PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a coaxial dielectric resonator which can sufficiently sustain even an excessive stress by mounting coaxial dielectric resonators on a circuit board in such positions that they are not brought into contact with each other. SOLUTION: The length of one side and that of the other of a coaxial dielectric resonator 1 are denoted as (a) and (b), and the interval of mounted resonators is denoted as (c). This interval is different by shapes or the like of coaxial dielectric resonators 1, but experimentally, it is sufficient if the interval is about 5 to 10% of the length (a) of one side of the coaxial dielectric resonator 1. With respect to joining, solder paste is coated on a circuit board 2 with a prescribed pattern, and coaxial dielectric resonators 1 are so mounted that they are not brought into contact with each other, and they are heated at a prescribed temperature in a reflow furnace, thus joining them. Since coaxial dielectric resonators are mounted in such positions that they are not brought into contact with each other, the stress is distributed, and the joining strength is secured and the partially applied stress is reduced. |
