PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the oscillation stability by reflecting a first laser light on a first concave mirror at a specific angle with respect to the optical axis while disposing a second laser medium at the focal point and oscillating a second laser light by means of first and second concave mirrors and the second laser medium. SOLUTION: A plane mirror M1 for totally reflecting a first laser light having the wavelength of YAG laser is disposed on the optical axis of a YAG crystal 6 and a first concave mirror, i.e., dichroic mirror M0, is disposed on the opposite side to the plane mirror M1. A second laser medium, i.e., a KTP crystal 2, is disposed at the focal point of dichroic mirror M0 and constitutes a second laser resonator along with a second concave mirror i.e., a total reflector M2. One half of the angleϕbetween the optical axis of plane mirror M1 and dichroic mirror M0 and the optical axis of total reflector M2 and dichroic mirror M0 is set in the range of 5-20 deg.. The DTP crystal 2 emits a second laser light using the first laser light as pumping source.
