PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily add an attribute to a document file by generating an attribute file without real data and using the attribute file. SOLUTION: A document file generation processing section 20 generates a document file, based on input document information and an attribute file generation processing section 21 generates an attribute file, based on input attribute information. An icon display control section 40 uses a file recognition section 42 to recognize a whether a storage file is a document file or an attribute file according to 'identification and operation of attribute icon' to be defined and uses a display drive section 41 to display a document icon or an attribute icon corresponding to the recognition result onto a display section 50. A merge processing section 60 applies merge processing to a document file and an attribute file corresponding to a designated icon, based on a merge command of the document icon and the attribute icon being displayed. |
