PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly input and update patient information at an optional place inside a hospital. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a portable terminal 10 for nursing provided with a nursing information processing part 11 and a radio transmission/ reception part 31 and an antenna 32 for transmitting and receiving nursing information by radio and a main terminal equipment 100 provided with the radio transmission/reception part 42 and the antenna 43 for transmitting and receiving the nursing information by radio and a server processing part 41 for recording the transmitted and received nursing information and the nursing information transmitted and received by the portable terminal 10 for nursing is shared in the main terminal equipment 100.
