PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pulse laser emitting a pulse laser light in narrow wave length band stably. SOLUTION: A stabilized current Is generated from a stabilized power generation circuit 24 and a pulse current Ip generated from a pulse power generation circuit 26 are added in a current adder circuit 28 and a sum current (drive current) I is fed to a Fabry-Perot laser thus guiding a light to a waveguide type diffraction grating 12. A part of light having reflection wavelengthλbeing set in the waveguide type diffraction grating 12 is reflected to the Fabry-Perot laser and contributes to inductive emission of laser light. The stabilized current Is has current level lower than the pulse current Ip and it is fed earlier than the pulse current I. Consequently, the Fabry-Perot laser enters into stabilized oscillating state and emits a pulse laser light in narrow wavelength band immediately after supply of the pulse current Ip.
