摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a reagent with high dilution accuracy through a simple constitution by supplying a small quantity of dilution liquid repetitively to a reagent prepared at a concentration slightly higher than a desired level thereby lowering the concentration gradually. SOLUTION: A high concentration reagent determined at a reagent determination tank 2 is fed to a conditioning tank 7 together with pure water determined at a pure water tank 5. They are stirred 10 and the concentration thereof is detected by means of a concentration sensor S7 and then pure water is supplied sequentially through a determination tank 11 such that a desired concentration of reagent can be attained. When a desired concentration is attained, the reagent (using liquid) is supplied repeatedly to a storage tank 12 until the operation of a liquid level sensor S8 is stopped. The using liquid is supplied from the tank 12 to a supply tank 15 until a liquid level sensor S11 is actuated. In this regard, the reagent is prepared to have a slightly high concentration in the tank 7 and then the concentration is lowered gradually to come within a desired range by supplying a small quantity of pure water through the pump 11. With such a method, a reagent having highly accurate concentration can be prepared.</p>
