PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip-type circuit part vacuum-chucking nozzle which is capable of surely vacuum-chucking a chip-type circuit part and not required to return to an initial angle at any time when it vacuum-chucks a part. SOLUTION: The tip surface 20a of a nozzle main body 20 is formed like a concave nearly as a part of a spherical surface, a first opening 21 is provided at the center of the tip surface 20a, second openings 22 are provided in a ring surrounding the first opening 21, and an air flow groove is provided extending from each second opening 22 to the periphery of the tip surface 20a. At this point, the openings 21 and 22 are made circular, and the first opening 21 is set larger than the second opening 22 in diameter. Therefore, air is sucked into the nozzle main body through the openings 21 and 22, whereby the nozzle is capable of stably holding a columnar or angular chip-type circuit part. |
