PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a medium from being left without being taken out by executing transaction processing by user's operation, detecting whether an ejected transaction medium has been received or not, and when the user leaves from this medium processor more than a prescribed distance, outputting an warning message. SOLUTION: A contactless sensor 16 transmits an ultrasonic wave for measuring a distance between an automatic transaction device and a customer and receives the ultrasonic wave reflected by the customer. A monitoring sensor group 17 detects whether a card, a passbook, coins, and paper money elected from a card processor 9, a coin receiving/dispensing machine 10, etc., are received by the customer or not and a reception judging means 13a judges whether various media discharged to the customer are received or not from the output of the group 17. On the other hand, a distance judging means 13b finds out the distance between the automatic transaction device and the customer from the output of the sensor 16 and a voice control means 13c controls a voice synthesizing part 15 in accordance with the judged results of both the means 13a, 13b and outputs a message allowing the customer to recognize his forgetting of reception of these media as a voice. |
