The connector for use with an electrical staged selector switch is fixed to the wall of the selector (4). The unit has a fixing bar (1) that sandwich insulator bars (3) against the wall. The fixing is provided by a pair of bolts that pass through holes and these have inset load sleeves (6). The bolts have a number of spring washers (8) and project through the selector wall and are fixed by threaded nuts.
