PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scramble transmitter with which visibility can be controlled corresponding to a purpose with respect to a scrambler for limiting a reproducing user. SOLUTION: On the transmission side, a specified packet is ciphered by a cipher processing circuit 3 and just after that, a dummy data packet is inserted. When there is no scramble permission, on the reception side, the scrambled packet is abandoned by a demultiplex processing part 6, reproduction processing is performed by the data of the dummy packet and unscrambled data and the scramble effect controlled result is reproduced. When there is a descramble permission, the scrambled packet is deciphered by a decipher processing part 5, the dummy packet is abandoned by the demultiplex processing part 6, and the packet is properly reproduced. |
