PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form recycle decision device which decides a recycling method without processing to-be-decided forms. SOLUTION: An image data on a document P is inputted by an image input part 21, and stored in an image memory 22. A print decision part 23 decides whether the document P contains prints based on the image data in the image memory 22, and a no-print decision part 24 decides whether the document P contains no print based on the image data of the image memory 22, and a fold line decision part 25 decides presence of a fold line an the document P based on the image data in the image memory 22. A recycle decision part 26 decides a recycling method for the document P based on decision results of the print decision part 23, the no-print decision part 24 and the fold line decision part 25. A gate control part 27 controls the driving of section gates 31 and 32 according to the decision result of the recycle decision part 26, for sectioning the carried document P. |
